About Us

What is SNL?

Summer Night Live is a weekend for young people aged 11-18 (year 7 onwards) and is organised by a group of Churches from South Birmingham.

There will be games, free time, great worship, engaging talks and discussion groups and loads of great food!

We camp in Evesham at Lenchwood Christian Centre, and use the converted barns for all of our meals, washing facilities and all the events.

Day tickets

Want to bring some young people along for just a day or two? There will be a limited number of day tickets available for SNL this summer! Please drop us a message for more info.

accommodation

At SNL, all youth groups have the opportunity to camp together throughout the week!

We stay together in one ‘village’, with enough room for your group to camp safely alongside other youth groups. The space we assign to your group is based on the number of tents so please make sure your booking is as accurate as possible!

The village is separated by assigned Gender with leaders tents at the extremities of the village for safety reasons.

You’ll need to work out the sleeping arrangements for your group (including sourcing all tents and other camping equipment you might need).

There may be some members of your group that have accessibility requirements - please make sure that you give us further details to your booking so that we can allocate you to the most suitable camping area.

power

There is not access to electrical hook ups on the camping village, however mains supplies are available for phone charging in the dining hall.

food

Making sure a youth group is well fed is a key job for any youth worker and at SNL we want to make that as easy as possible!

Included with the price of the ticket comes a wonderful 3 meals a day plan, provided by a fantastic team of our volunteer chefs.

We eat together in the main dining hall where we like to encourage groups to mix with others, however if your group would prefer to sit as one then that is also completely allowed.

And if that wasn't enough at different times throughout the day we run a tuck shop with an affordable mix drinks and sweet treats.

Please do let us know about any dietary requirements for leaders and young people as part of your booking form.
